About The Position
Work from home while providing structured telehealth therapy to clients across Texas. Your role will focus on assessment, collaborative planning, and steady, skills-based support.
Requirements
- Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field
- Experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting
- High comfort level with technology and video-based care
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake and follow-up therapy sessions via secure video
- Provide diagnostic impressions and document clinical reasoning
- Design treatment plans that translate into clear session agendas
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for each contact
- Join online clinical meetings to review practice and outcomes
- Offer suggestions to improve telehealth processes where relevant
