The role involves maintaining an active massage license, carrying liability insurance, delivering personalized treatment plans, creating a welcoming client experience, following 'Key Ingredients' standards to educate clients, and communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management. Therapists are also expected to participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base rate, uncapped commission, and tips, with full-time high-performing therapists typically earning an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000.
