About The Position

Hi!, Hand and Stone Alpharetta is looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists. Benefits Health insurance with a $2,000 employer contribution Dental, vision, life, supplemental, and medical benefits 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match (valued at an average of $600/year) for full time employees Bi-Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day if tipped in cash Paid time off Continuing education support, and experienced management Compensation Package Average total compensation of $75,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week. Base rate of $26 to $30 per 50-minute per massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades. Requirements Active Massage Therapy license As a Massage Therapist, you will Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars Hiring Process Within 24 hours, A live team member will reach out to all licensed applicants.
