Requirements

  • Active Massage Therapy license
  • Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance

  • Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
  • Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
  • Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
  • Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
