About The Position
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who wants to work remotely in a telehealth setting. In this role, you will help clients navigate personal, marital, and family-related concerns through ongoing therapy sessions. The work is centered on practical support, strong clinical judgment, and helping clients improve how they cope, communicate, and function in everyday life.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Illinois
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Identify client needs through assessments and clinical interviews
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Address concerns such as family conflict, relationship strain, anxiety, stress, and adjustment issues
- Maintain clear and timely documentation for all sessions
