About The Position
This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to focus on helping clients strengthen relationships, manage family stress, and improve emotional health through virtual therapy. You will meet with clients online, provide clinical guidance, document services, and support treatment progress in a structured full-time setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Nebraska
- Experience providing therapy to couples and families
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services through a secure telehealth platform
- Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of clinical concerns
- Complete assessments and establish therapy goals with clients
- Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on presenting needs
- Document session notes, treatment plans, and updates in a timely manner
