About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a remote full-time position focused on telehealth counseling. The therapist in this role will work with clients across a range of concerns, including family issues, relationship difficulties, stress, and emotional health. The day-to-day work is centered on delivering therapy, building treatment plans, documenting care, and helping clients make steady improvements over time.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Illinois
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Perform clinical assessments and gather relevant background information
- Create treatment plans with clear goals and follow-up strategies
- Help clients work through conflict, communication issues, and emotional challenges
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation
