About The Position
This position centers on steady, relationship-based therapy for individuals and families receiving care through a community clinic. Your work directly supports emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and practical coping strategies that clients can apply outside the therapy room.
Requirements
- Active California LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working in outpatient or clinic settings
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and ongoing treatment plans
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Coordinate care with clinic providers and support staff
- Participate in team consultations and case discussions
