About The Position
We are looking for an LMFT to support adults in a fast-paced integrated clinic environment. You will provide brief therapy focused on practical outcomes, coordinate care with medical providers, and help patients build tools they can use immediately.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in MFT or related field
- Active CA LMFT license (AMFT accepted; supervision provided)
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Familiarity with DSM-5 and brief therapy frameworks
- Comfort using EMR systems and basic office tools
Nice To Haves
- Primary care/integrated care experience
- Trauma-informed training
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term therapy and track progress toward clinical goals
- Screen for depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, and substance use concerns
- Collaborate with providers to align behavioral health and medical care plans
- Offer psychoeducation and group-based support when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in team huddles, meetings, and care coordination
