About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote/telehealth position serving clients across Michigan. As an LMFT in this position, you will provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms. Your day-to-day work will include assessing client needs, building treatment plans, guiding sessions, documenting care, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active LMFT license
- Prior experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong documentation and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
- Support clients with relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Coordinate care when needed with other providers or support systems
- Follow clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
