About The Position
Our team is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote role delivering therapy through telehealth. The work focuses on supporting clients who are dealing with family stress, relationship struggles, emotional concerns, and major life adjustments. Day to day, you will lead sessions, assess needs, write progress notes, and help clients build better coping tools, healthier communication habits, and more stable support systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records systems
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy through secure virtual platforms
- Work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of concerns
- Identify clinical needs and set treatment goals
- Maintain current treatment plans and progress notes
- Help clients strengthen communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation skills
- Use sound clinical judgment throughout the care process
