Requirements
- Active Illinois LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
- Complete intake assessments and ongoing treatment documentation
- Create and update individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Illinois standards
- Collaborate with internal clinical leadership when needed
