About The Position

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Active LMFT license in Georgia
Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Hold scheduled telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
Assess needs and identify treatment priorities
Build care plans that reflect each client’s goals and situation
Document sessions and maintain organized clinical records
Support clients through family conflict, relationship issues, and emotional stress
Monitor outcomes and make thoughtful treatment adjustments
Maintain professional standards in all aspects of care delivery
