Requirements

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
Active LMHC license in good standing
Experience with counseling adults in a clinical or telehealth setting preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of treatment planning and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
Work with couples, families, and individual clients through telehealth
Help clients address communication issues, conflict, stress, and behavioral concerns
Keep session notes and records complete and up to date
Review client progress regularly and revise treatment plans when appropriate
Maintain confidentiality and meet all professional practice standards
