About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services in a full-time remote role. This position involves working closely with clients facing family tension, relationship concerns, behavioral patterns, and emotional stressors that affect daily life. You will play a key role in helping clients better understand their situations, strengthen relationships, and move toward healthier routines and decisions.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Michigan
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families
- Evaluate client concerns and establish treatment goals
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s needs
- Support clients through relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life adjustments
- Complete session notes, treatment updates, and other required records
