About The Position

Provide telehealth therapy to Maryland clients with a structured schedule and clear documentation expectations. This role involves assessments, ongoing therapy, and coordination through a remote clinical team.

Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• Clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fully remote workflow

Responsibilities

• Provide video-based therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Maintain treatment plans and progress monitoring
• Document sessions in EMR within required timelines
• Participate in virtual case consults and trainings
• Follow safety escalation protocols
