About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapistto support clients through consistent, scheduled telehealth sessions. This role is built around routine clinical work rather than reactive or on-call care. Your day is spent providing therapy, tracking progress, and maintaining treatment plans within a clear clinical framework that keeps expectations straightforward and manageable.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience providing mental health treatment services
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Create, review, and adjust treatment plans
- Complete progress notes and clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with internal clinical staff
- Adhere to state regulations and clinical policies
