We are searching for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote counseling services for clients across Delaware. This full-time position is focused on helping individuals, couples, and families address emotional concerns, relationship strain, and behavioral patterns that affect daily life. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Active LMFT license in Delaware
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for a diverse client population
- Identify presenting concerns through assessments and clinical interviews
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client or family unit
- Help clients improve communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation
- Record accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
