About The Position

We are seeking an LMFT to provide remote counseling services for clients needing support with relationship issues, family conflict, adjustment challenges, anxiety, stress, and other behavioral health concerns. This is a full-time telehealth role for a clinician who values organized care delivery, consistent scheduling, and strong clinical standards. You will spend your day leading sessions, documenting care, developing treatment plans, and helping clients move toward healthier day-to-day functioning.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
Active LMHC license in good standing
Experience with counseling adults in a clinical or telehealth setting preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of treatment planning and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions during standard business hours
Evaluate relationship patterns, family concerns, and emotional health needs
Develop treatment plans based on client goals and presenting issues
Guide clients through therapeutic interventions that support healthier functioning
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain continuity of care and follow up on treatment progress
Stay current with telehealth best practices and compliance standards
