Plumbing Mechanic – Licensed Journeymen / Master Oliver Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Morton PA is a family-owned business looking for a Journeymen and/or Master licensed plumbing mechanic with 8+ years’ experience for residential service and installation. Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs.
Minimum 7 to 10-years’ experience
Must have Journeyman’s License, Master plumbing license a plus.
Sales training a plus.
Must be experienced in the service industry.

Responsibilities

Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications.
Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary.
Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade
Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
Mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components
