About The Position
We are inviting a motivated Licensed Sales Producer to join our insurance broker agency team here at O’Rielly Insurance! As a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating and binding new business sales, achieving individual sales and production goals that contribute to the agency’s growth providing excellent customer service to drive new referrals and retain clients. complying with state insurance regulations and insurance carrier requirements keeping the O’Rielly Brand Promise “Be as good as your word and treat others as you’d like to be treated” This is a great, early-in-career opportunity for new insurance professionals who are looking to earn well, further their knowledge, and be a member of a successful team working for an established legacy company that has been serving Tucson for 102 years! We are an independent insurance broker agency with an experienced and dynamic team specializing in personal and commercial lines insurance currently representing fourteen prominent Insurance Companies. Our agency is located inside O’Rielly Chevrolet’s dealership in Tucson.
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
- Prior experience working in property and casualty insurance sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic computer programs and skills (Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
