The Licensed insurance professional will build relationships with new and existing customers, as well as employees. This includes selling and servicing new business and existing policies, conducting policy reviews and cross selling. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Insurance Sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty License required.
  • Experience contacting and following up with a high volume of sales leads.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers, and local community.
  • Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, and referrals, with an emphasis on personal and commercial lines.
  • Conduct policy reviews and collaborate with clients to offer financial analysis to ensure the proper coverages are intact according to the clients assets.
  • Update policies and remarket current accounts to maintain current policy holders.
  • Support customers and/or prospects by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer service requests.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of work.
