About The Position
We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote role. This position is best suited for a clinician who wants to provide direct mental health care in a simple, structured telehealth setting. You’ll work with clients dealing with concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The role includes therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and clear documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy through telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and evaluations
- Build treatment plans based on client needs
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Review progress and adjust treatment when needed
- Follow privacy, licensing, and compliance standards
