Our Franchise Partner is seeking an experienced Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist who is passionate about helping others. Requirements

  • Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
  • Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide both on and off-site hearing aid counseling, consultation, and customer care.
  • Attend to both scheduled and walk-in customers.
  • Educate the customer about the long-term effects of hearing loss.
  • Administer a series of audiological tests and review the results with the customer.
  • Make the best product recommendation based on individual needs.
  • Walk the customer through a demonstration, testing the model they select.
  • Fit the customer for their new hearing aids.
  • Deliver consistent after-care to assure the customer is satisfied and comfortable using their new devices.
