Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Experience Create a welcoming, trust-based environment Conduct hearing evaluation consultations Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories Provide long-term after-care services Sales & Growth Meet and exceed individual performance goals Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement Leadership & Development Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly Demonstrate ownership of personal results We are looking for individuals who: Believe sales is about solving problems, not pushing products Thrive in goal-driven environments Value accountability and personal growth

Requirements

• Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
• Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
• Professional, growth-oriented mindset
