About The Position

Job Summary: We're seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Electricians (Journeyman or Master) to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in various settings. Candidates must hold a valid Iowa license or a license from a state with a reciprocity agreement with Iowa (e.g., CO, MN, ND, SD, NE, WY, TX, WI, MT, NH, AK, AR, OK).

Requirements

• Valid Iowa Journeyman or Master Electrician License, OR Valid license from a reciprocating state (list key ones: CO, MN, NE, ND, SD, WY, TX, WI) in good standing.
• Proven experience as a licensed electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Safety training (OSHA 10/30) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Perform inspections and test electrical systems and continuity.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
