About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Pflugerville, TX. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. The company is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Texas who are ready to make a difference and grow, particularly those willing to see 25+ sessions per week, behavioral health generalists, clinicians who value autonomy and teamwork, and those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Strong character, integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care are valued. The role is for a Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to, Couples and Families.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
  • Independently licensed clinician in Texas
  • Specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to, Couples and Families
