Requirements
- Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient -centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but supportive training is available
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized OT treatment plans developed by licensed OTs
- Support clients with ADL -focused exercises, functional movement, and cognitive engagement
- Provide family education on safety strategies, adaptive equipment, and home setup improvements
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination to ensure holistic care
- Maintain timely, clear documentation to promote strong clinical outcomes
