Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily living skills, mobility routines, and therapy -based activities under OT direction.
• Provide coaching and home exercise instruction to clients and caregivers.
• Record all visit data and patient insights to aid the clinical team’s planning.
• Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care.
