In this role, you will be responsible for administering professional styling of hair, cutting, chemical services, restorative treatments, as well as apply cosmetics, & skin treatments with an emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, & excellent guest services. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. This is a commission-based position.

Requirements

2 years minimum spa/salon/stylist experience preferred
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. 
Must possess a thorough knowledge of hair and skin and have excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in the spa’s specific facial, hair and skin treatment offerings

Responsibilities

Provide consistent professional styling of hair, to include but not limited to: color, bleach, frost or condition hair, adding hairpieces and weaves, relaxers, texturizers, perms, and restorative treatments
Provide consistent professional cosmetics that are appropriate for the client’s coloring and skin tone, shape, trim, pluck and color eyebrows, or assist in the removal of unwanted facial hair.
Provide consistent professional skin treatments by selecting, applying or recommending masks, anti-age creams, exfoliate, and moisturizers that best suit the guests’ needs.
Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
