Requirements

• Licensed cosmetologist
• Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Perform color or stylists services.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to educate clients on the benefits of beauty products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and addressing their individual needs.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
