CO RESPONDER LICENSED CLINICIAN JOB SUMMARY: The Co-responder Program is a collaborative partnership between Claratel Behavioral Health and the local law enforcement to provide immediate, community based behavioral health crisis response. The Co-Responder License Clinician responds alongside trained Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) officers to assess, stabilize, and connect individuals experiencing behavioral crisis to appropriate level of care. This position plays a critical role in reducing unnecessary hospitalization and incarceration by providing real-time clinical decision-making in the field. This role is ideal for independently licensed clinicians who are confident in crisis assessment, thrive in dynamics, environments, and are committed to community-based intervention.
