About The Position

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home This is a 100% remote position, 1099 contract. Licensed in (CALIFORNIA). Adult IOP remote group therapy Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 9:00 am to 1:30 pm Pacific time. This includes 30 minutes of prep time, 3 consecutive 60 minute groups sessions and 60 minutes of documentation time. There is also a weekly treatment team meeting that the clinician will attend. The clinician needs to be prepared to commit to 14 to 15 hours per week to complete all necessary activities. This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues and may have clients joining the group and leaving the group over time. Requirements

Active clinical licensure in (CALIFORNIA)
Active Clinical licensure in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
Proficiency in using technology for patient management.
Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.

Preferred: Remote Group therapy experience.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual IOP remote group coverage via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
Must have personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.
