About The Position

A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in a secure clinical environment in Corcoran, CA. Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
• Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled workdays for emergency mental health needs
• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments and gather comprehensive health histories
• Identify and document patient needs, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions using advanced clinical skills and specialty knowledge
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ensure documentation is compliant
• Follow up on patient calls and manage care coordination, including referrals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and support teams, to provide integrated care
