About The Position
We’re hiring a California-licensed therapist for a steady, full-time telehealth role. You’ll meet with clients by secure video, complete assessments, and keep treatment plans organized as care progresses. This position is best for clinicians who like clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
Requirements
- Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- Clinical therapy experience (telehealth welcome)
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete intake assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans
- Maintain timely progress notes and documentation in the EMR
- Monitor risk and follow escalation/safety protocols
- Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings
- Support clinical quality tasks as assigned (chart review, guidance, care plan alignment)
