About The Position
Provides social Services and discharge planning to the inpatient and outpatient population.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Licensed in the state of California as a Social Worker.
- One (1) year medical experience as a Social Worker in an acute inpatient setting.
- MAB training at time of hire.
- Strongly recommend re-training in MAB and CPR.
