About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work, providing flexibility and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license.
- Must have active Medicaid.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience.
- Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
