About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients across Hawaii through virtual care. This role focuses on assessing client needs, providing therapy, and guiding individuals and families through mental health challenges. You will help clients build practical coping strategies, track progress, and work toward meaningful improvements in their day-to-day lives. Take your experience into a remote setting where you can support clients consistently and effectively.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW license in Hawaii
- Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop and update structured treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust care approaches as needed
- Coordinate with care teams and referral partners when appropriate
