About The Position

We are seeking an LCSW to deliver virtual mental health services across Hawaii. This position centers on clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and ongoing client support. You will help clients understand their challenges, build strategies, and work toward stability and improved functioning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in Hawaii
• Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
• Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions using secure platforms
• Conduct client assessments and gather relevant history
• Build treatment plans with clear goals and action steps
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on client needs
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation
• Track progress and modify treatment approaches when needed
• Communicate with care partners for coordinated support
