About The Position
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: West Virginia Role Snapshot This position is built for social workers who want consistent clinical hours and a manageable caseload. You’ll deliver therapy through virtual sessions, helping clients work through mental health challenges while maintaining structure in your own workday.
Requirements
- Active WV Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- MSW from an accredited program
- Clinical therapy experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions
- Evaluate psychosocial needs
- Create and maintain treatment documentation
- Support clients through ongoing care
- Participate in required case coordination
