About The Position
We are seeking an LCSW for a remote full-time opportunity supporting clients across New Hampshire. The day-to-day work includes conducting therapy sessions, identifying client needs, building practical care plans, and tracking progress over time. This is a strong fit for a clinician who values structured work, reliable scheduling, and high-quality virtual care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active New Hampshire clinical social work license in good standing
- Ability to independently provide clinical services in a telehealth setting
- ASWB Clinical exam completion is part of New Hampshire’s clinical social worker licensure pathway.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a recurring basis
- Assess mental health concerns, social factors, and treatment needs
- Develop practical treatment goals and measurable care plans
- Keep clinical notes, progress records, and related documentation current
- Respond to client concerns using sound clinical judgment
- Maintain compliance with clinical and telehealth standards
