About The Position
Provide telehealth therapy to Tennessee clients through structured sessions and focused care planning. This role suits clinicians who like predictable hours and clear clinical expectations.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong written documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions via secure video platform
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Maintain treatment plans and update them based on progress
- Document sessions promptly in the EMR
- Participate in consults, case reviews, and trainings
- Support clinical leadership tasks as assigned (review support, case guidance)
