About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide part-time telehealth services in a remote setting. The role centers on evaluating client needs, delivering therapy, supporting treatment progress, and maintaining compliant clinical records. You will play a key role in helping clients work through mental health concerns while receiving care from home.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Georgia
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote counseling sessions based on client needs and treatment goals
• Assess mental, emotional, and social functioning during intake and follow-up visits
• Build treatment plans that reflect clinical findings and client priorities
• Keep session notes, progress reports, and related documentation up to date
• Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to crisis situations
• Educate clients on tools and strategies to support progress outside sessions
