About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients through virtual therapy and ongoing care management. This role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, documenting treatment, and helping clients work through a range of mental health concerns. The day-to-day work is centered on client sessions, treatment planning, and maintaining a high standard of clinical care in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in Montana
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and mental health evaluations
- Develop clear treatment plans and review progress regularly
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes
- Help clients build coping strategies and treatment goals
- Recognize changes in client needs and adjust care accordingly
