Licensed Client Service Associate Location: Avon, Ohio Type: Full-Time Industry: Wealth Management / Financial Services Salary: Based on experience ($70,000 - $95,000) Ready to Step Into a Leadership-Level CSA Role? This is not a traditional back-office support position. A highly respected wealth management firm in the Avon area is seeking a Licensed Client Service Associate who can take ownership of operations, elevate client experience, and serve as a true right-hand partner to advisors. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented office that needs someone confident, experienced, and ready to lead from the operations seat. What Makes This Firm Unique Unlike many traditional advisory practices, this firm integrates in-house tax preparation and tax strategy into its wealth management offering. This tax-first methodology creates tremendous value for clients — and a more dynamic, collaborative environment for the team. Because of this model, the firm experiences a seasonal surge during tax season (February through mid-April). During this period: The office operates at a heightened pace Saturday hours are required Team members collaborate closely to support both investment and tax workflows Outside of tax season, the schedule returns to a traditional Monday–Friday structure. What You’ll Own You will be the operational backbone of the firm, ensuring seamless execution across client service, trading, account management, and seasonal tax coordination.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7 and 66 (preferred) OR Series 6, 63, and 65
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, or RIA operations
  • Strong trading and money movement experience
  • Experience with Pershing (NetX360 / NetXInvestor preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (Redtail experience a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
  • Professional, polished communicator
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • They want someone who wants to lead operations — not just support them.

Responsibilities

  • Executing trades and managing money movement
  • Opening, transferring, and maintaining client accounts
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation for client meetings
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all account activity
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client service needs
  • Participating in client meetings to deliver a high-touch experience
  • Supporting coordination during tax season workflows
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements
