About The Position

Our integrated physical medicine office is seeking a licensed Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! You will follow a plan of physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. Related experience and current licensure is required. Full-time & Part-time second shift available Weekdays. Afternoons/evenings required. Requirements

Previous experience in physical therapy, Chiropractic, rehabilitation, or other related field required
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent verbal communication skills
High school diploma required
current licensure is required

Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Assist the providers with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Teach therapeutic exercises and provide other therapies as directed by the chiropractor
Prepare treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and organized
Take vital signs, record patient medical histories and document patient care services
Collaborate with nurse practitioner, physical therapist, and chiropractor to achieve well-rounded care
Educate patients on chiropractic/physical therapy procedures and wellness practices
