About The Position

Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support client recovery and wellness. Conduct screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and case management for referred clients and assist with barriers to care. Staff will utilize evidence based therapeutic interventions and assist with care coordination.

Requirements

• LCDP required
• Associate’s/Bachelor's degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of prior Substance Use Counseling experience preferred
• Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
• Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
• Flexible schedule with some evenings
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Available to work evenings
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
