About The Position

Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC), Norman, OK is currently recruiting for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead to join their facility to support the Children and Family department. This position will work alongside a robust treatment team to provide care for children and adults. Job Type/Salary: Full-time position Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead: $75,000.00 ($36.05 hourly) plus benefits! FLSA Status: Exempt Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay when working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field
  • LBHP: Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state of Oklahoma issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Examples include: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
  • Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director
