About The Position

Lumera Healthcare is seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide weekend, evening, and PRN group coverage across our growing outpatient clinics. This role is ideal for clinicians interested in part-time or contract work, with availability for weekend hours, evening shifts (up to 8:00 PM), and/or as-needed group facilitation. Opportunities are flexible and designed to support both clinician availability and client access to care. Additionally: Lumera Healthcare is 100% outpatient - no holiday or after hour calls We assist with credentialing through major insurers Consistent referral stream and call center support to grow your caseload User friendly EMR with client management, scheduling and billing all in one spot

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor – LMHC, LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, LICSW, CSW
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT
Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LPCA
Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP, or
Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Kentucky
Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
Participate in case consultation as indicated
