About The Position

Join our dedicated IBHS team at Lenape Valley Foundation and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 3–21) facing behavioral and mental health challenges. We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide individualized, medically prescribed services in home, school, and community settings. As part of our IBHS team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or a related mental health field.
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in behavioral health settings (school or community-based preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel throughout Bucks County.
Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical direction and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
